Dr. Rose Madrid Swetman is a pastor, coach, spiritual director, speaker, leadership trainer, workshop facilitator, retreat guide and consultant. She has 30+ years of experience leading churches, groups and individuals through spiritual formation and organizational health. Her focus is on holistic healing of individuals, relationships and systems.
In Vineyard USA, she is one of the first women to be ordained to the pastorate, the first female Area Leader, and two of the first female Regional Leaders. She has led the Vineyard USA Northwest Region for the past ten years, a region of 46 churches. She recently transitioned out of the RL role. Rose has led beside Dianne Leman (a pioneer for women in the Vineyard movement) since 2006, establishing a strategy for the Vineyard’s “Women in Leadership” initiatives.
Rose and her husband will be married 26 years in December 2022. Together they have a blended family of eight children, spouses, and 24 grandchildren.
