About Rose

Rose was a pioneering leader during her time in Vineyard USA. She was among the first women ordained to the pastorate, the first woman to serve as an Area Leader, and one of the first female Regional Leaders. For a decade, she led the Northwest Region—comprising 46 churches—before transitioning out of that role. Beginning in 2006, Rose partnered with Dianne Leman, another trailblazer for women in the movement, to develop and implement a national strategy to support and elevate women in leadership across Vineyard churches.
